and by commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.
✦ commissions are first come, first serve, but i still have the right to decline a commission for any reason whatsoever.
✦ turnaround time is anywhere between 1-6 weeks depending on the commission. i will always inform you about my progress, wips, any delays, etc.
✦ there are no additional fees for revisions. all i ask is to let me know about any big changes that need to be made sooner rather than later.
✦ i will not work without a character reference. you're welcome to use a character maker like picrew or use a simple doodle that i can use. i will not accept text wall descriptions or anything ai generated as a reference.
✦ no refunds, mostly. if something happens on my part that makes me unable to complete your commission i will refund you fully.
✦ payment must be sent either fully upfront or half upfront and half after the final sketch is complete.
✦ always feel free to ask questions about anything, including anything about my policy that'd need to be clarified.
✦ tips are never required but are greatly appreciated!!!
i reserve the right to do whatever i want with what i draw. your work may be used as a future commission example. you can always ask me to not publicly post your work.
my commissions are made with mainly personal use in mind, but i am very open to working commercially! i define commercial use as anything that uses my art to make a profit. this can include but is not limited to streaming assets, merch, advertisements, video thumbnails, and key art for books / games / films / etc. the fee for a commercial license is whatever the base price of the commission is (ex. $50 base x2 fee = $100 total.)
but regardless of the license, my work may not be used for anything related to generative ai or any other crypto or web3 projects whatsoever.
i prefer to be contacted via email for commissions, but you can message me on any of my social medias if you're interested, although i will eventually need your email address to send an invoice to (which i send via paypal or stripe, whatever you prefer) and to send you the final art in the highest resolution possible.
i also offer commissions thru ko-fi and vgen, which have their own order processes
